6. You can apply for either elite, top, or regular.

   If you are applying for elite you site must be very high quality, high traffic, and preferably a site dedicated to a co-star of Ryan Phillippe.

   If you are applying for top your site must be high quality, and dedicated to a popular, well-known celebrity.

   Virtually any fan-site will be accepted as regular affiliates.
